Do you offer returns?
Yes - we are pleased to offer our customers returns if an item is not quite right or you have changed your mind. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return any unwanted items. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not currently cover the cost of returning an item to our warehouse. Please get in touch with our consumer care team if you need advice on selecting the best item for your project.
How do I make a return?
Online orders can only be returned to our warehouse - unfortnately we can not process returns in retail stores. To return an item, please carefully package your item and include your name, order number and state that your package is a return. Please post your return to: DMC Service Internet 5 Avenue de Suisse - BP 40189 68314 Illzach Cedex France Please note that orders from the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand are shipped from our warehouse in France. Our North American orders are shipped from our warehouse in the US.
Can I exchange an item?
We are currently unable to offer exchanges - only returns.
How long will it take me to receive my refund?
We aim to process all returns within X working days, though this may take slightly longer in busy periods. Once we have processed your return, please refer to your bank's processing times to confirm when you should expect the refund to be available in your account. Unfortunately we are unable to influence this part of the process. Your refund will be issued in the same method as your original payment.
What happens if I receive a faulty item?
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that you have a problem with an item in your order, please reach out to our consumer care team who will be pleased to assist.
