Pack of four tatting needles contains one size 7 fine needle, one size 5 medium needle and one size 3 large needle, complete with a handy needle threader and one free size 8 extra fine needle.

Tatting needles are long with a blunt tip and a round eye which is the same width as the shaft of the needle. The thickness of the needle needs to match the thickness of the thread you are using. Rather than winding a tatting shuttle, a needle can be used with a length of thread. To work with a second colour, a second needle is used.
